Latest improvements on Raise3D N-Series Printer

Special thanks to all the Raisers out there, we cannot achieve this without your trust and support. Since our Kickstarter campaign, we have been growing fast and keep improving the printer according the feedback we got. Here are the latest important improvements so far. All newer N-Series Printers are with these updates already.

V2 Hot End

This is one of the most significant and earlier updates on N-Series printers. With the V2 hot end, N-Series printers are more compatible to various materials from various suppliers. The newly added materials are NinjiaFlex, TPU and PVA, along with PLA, particle filled PLA, ABS, PC, PETG, Nylon, HIPS.

More Nozzle Size

We also have hardened nozzle from MicroSwiss at size of 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm and 0.8mm.

Heat Bed

This is also one of the most significant and earlier updates on N-Series printers. We have redesigned the heat bed so that the leveling screws avoid the heat bed wiring. On a further updates, we have included an insulation board to further protect the heat bed.

Touchscreen Reset Button

We have recently implemented this change on N2/N2 Plus printers. When the touchscreen needs a hard reset, you can press this button.

Filament Guide Tube

We have included the filament guide tube in the accessory box. For more details, please refer to the following video.

More Shipping Clips to Prevent Damage

We have included more shipping clips to prevent possible damage during shipping. Also we add hot glue to hold some electronic connections. Further more, we add medium strength Loctite to hold most screws on X/Y gantry.  

Other Updates

We have also updated the thermal couple, heating rod, limit switch, main electronic box cover. Even the parts we keep the same design, we have always trying to get better quality parts.
