Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 15 days after reception of the goods. If 15 days have passed since this date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Raise3D will not accept returns if the product's warranty is void, even if it is within 15 days of delivery. Raise3D reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims.

1. The warranty is void if the product's serial number has been altered or removed.
2. The warranty is void if the product has been misused, damaged, or if there is evidence that it has been altered, modified, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

If you are unsatisfied with products purchased from Raise3D, you can return your item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

1. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, Raise3D will provide a full refund of shipping cost.
2. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect or is a defect that can be repaired, Raise3D will charge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
